Do you offer shipping? Shipping is not currently available. 

Is there a cut off time of when I can place my order? Because all orders process through our website, orders can be placed anytime. 

Does Sunny Sourdough Company offer delivery? Yes, but there are minimum purchase requirements and distance limitations. 

Free home/business delivery available on orders of +$35 to these Utah locations: Alpine, American Fork, Cedar Hills, Highland, Lehi, Pleasant Grove

Free home/business delivery available on orders of +$45 to the above locations plus: Bluffdale, Lindon, Orem, Saratoga Springs, Vineyard 

Free home/business delivery available on orders of +$55 to the above locations plus: Eagle Mountain, Provo, Draper, Herriman, Riverton, Sandy, South Jordan

What days are available for pick-up/delivery? Pick-up and delivery are available every day except Sundays and holidays. 

When can I pick up my order? You will be notified via text before/during the 24 to 48 hour processing window as to when the order will be complete and where to pick up. It can then be picked up any time that same day before 9:00 pm. 

When will my order be delivered? You will be notified via text before/during the 24 to 48 hour processing window of the delivery time frame. 

Can I request a specific day and/or time for my order to be ready? Yes, as long as the date/time is within pick-up/delivery parameters. To request specifics, please email us by using the Contact option in the website menu.

Will I be notified if there is a delay to my order? Yes, any delays will result in an email, text or phone call to make you aware of pending delay.

Do I get an order confirmation email? Yes, you will receive a confirmation email for your order. If you do not see the email check your spam folder. If there is still no email please reach out.

Is Sunny Sourdough Company registered with the UDAF? We comply with the Utah Home Consumption and Homemade Food Act.
